Read installation instructions here
Open a command prompt and run the following commands (admin privileges not needed)

When you open test.htm in Internet Explorer, allow it to run ActiveX controls when prompted (this is to fetch data feeds from the web and output debug logs to your hard drive). The actual Gadget will not prompt the user.

 
cd %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets
mkdir Keelhaul.Gadget
cd Keelhaul.Gadget
cpc checkout Keelhaul
readme.htm
test.htm

- To drag somebody on a rope from one side of a boat to the other under the keel as a form of punishment
